What does ELISS Website do?

Eliss Website is a complete eCommerce solution that allows you to get information about ELISS products and purchase it online.


How do I buy?

Making a purchase is easy. Simply browse through our online store and when you see something you like, Click “Quick View” for details product or click on “Add to cart” to purchase it. Open your shopping cart at the top of our page and click “CHECKOUT”. You’ll be guided through our payment secured process. You’re all done

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only after your payment have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item(s) located, your order will be accepted and the item(s) shipped.

Can I order COD?

Yes. We offer COD via Ninja Van. WhatsApp our sales department at 011-72439366 to make order and give your details. We will courier to you. You need to pay at the time of delivery to the Ninja Van staff. Other than that, you can also self-pickup at our office at No 30A, Jalan Wawasan 4/5, Bandar Baru Ampagn, 68000 Ampang, Selangor.

How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

Akas Legacy Sdn Bhd takes great pride in offering a safe and secure online shopping experience and takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. Akas Legacy Sdn Bhd processes all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor. Akas Legacy Sdn Bhd does NOT keep full credit card information on record. We also respect your privacy and we’re committed to protecting it.

What are the modes of payment?

We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, Mastercard available through senangPay (Online payment Gateway). All card information is saved at ELISS website and remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase.

Why has my payment failed?

This might have happened for a number of different reasons. First, check you are using a card that we accept (including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard). Have you entered the card details correctly? Is the billing information you provided matches what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number)? If you’ve checked everything above and it still isn’t working, we recommend you give your bank a call to check.

I'm having trouble paying, what should I do?

If you’re having problems placing an order, simply contact us and we will be glad to help.

Is my personal information kept private?

All information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point do we share, lease or sell your personal information to any other Organisation.


Can I change my delivery details once my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address when you place an order.

When will I receive my items via delivery?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email. Delivery will take 1-3 business days after the order has shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.

If my parcel is damaged, can I claim from Akas Legacy Sdn Bhd ?

Sorry to inform you that we won’t be responsible for any damages caused in the course of delivery. We will make sure all the items checked before the delivery and we will wrapped it properly.

Do you ship to other foreign country other than Malaysia? How much and how long does it take?

Yes. You have to estimate 3 to 14 business days for the products to arrive. Delivery will take 1-3 business days after the order has shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.


Under what condition can I claim that a product is a defective product?

We guarantee to replace any item with factory defect with the new one. We do not accept reasons like it’s different from your expectation, you don’t like the taste, the product not suitbale with you or any personal feelings.

What if my order is defective or I got the wrong thing?

No problem. send an email to elissofficial@yahoo.com right away with a quick description of the problem (a photo is really helpful too), and we’ll take care of it ASAP!

Can I request return and refund after I have received my order but I don't like it?

You have no rights under consumer protection law if you change your mind about the products you have purchased.

How many days do I have to return an item if I am dissatisfied with it?

Akas Legacy Sdn Bhd is entitled to request proof of purchase either receipt, credit or debit card statement if you used one or any other documentation that proves it was purchased via Eliss Website. Products purchased with agents/dealers not under our responsibilities.

You must take pictures of the defect products and inform us within 7 days after receiving your order by sending an email to us attached with the pictures of the defects product, and your order number. We’ll reply you within 24 hours. Our email address is elissofficial@yahoo.com.

Akas Legacy Sdn Bhd will accept returns of unused products that was originally purchased.

How about the postage of returning the defect product?

Don’t worry and we will bear the cost of sending the product back to us on the condition that you have to take the photo of the courier delivery receipt and we’ll pay you the postage fees accordingly by bank in to your bank account.

Can I request to change to the other product type?

Sorry. You cannot change to the other product type.

Can I request return and refund after I have received my order but I don't like it?

Sorry, no return & refund acceptable.

Do I need an account to make an order?

Yes. Create your account. Having an account not only speeds up the order process, but you will also be able to see your order history; save your personal and payment details as well as edit your favorites items.
